Konnichiwa Kazuo-sama! Yes, it's strange, I doubt accuracy but looks VERY cool! Thank you so much for update on aggressor colors. Now I understand delay. I'll patiently wait further, I'm sure it's worth it! Best regards Mario
For aggressor's colors, I'm pending to publish this information for Japanese legal reason. I'm tring to clear this but schedule is still unknown. Sorry for waiting very long time...
Domo arigato Kazuo-san! I found the link (hope it works), please take a look. Any news on F-15DJ "Aggressor SQ" colors? Best regards Mario aka Holly-sama in NYC
Zen-ryaku Taguchi-sama, I thought that subject plane was only painted in 2-tone ghost grayw. I saw q picture recently (lost link, will try to post it here later) from UK National plastic modeling contest in Telford where the model of F-15J nr.963 (!) was painted in medium blue and light purple in addition to 2 grays, EXACTLY like "aggressor" nr.919. It looks nice but is this accurate? So-so Holly-sama
I know it is the lates F-15 Sqn. formed. Was it formed disbanding another one, and if yes, which one? Thank you in advance, cheers from Italy

ESTIMADO AMIGO TE ESCRIBO DESDE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA PARA SABER SI ESTAS INTERESADO EN INTERCAMBIAR PATCJS DE LA FUERZA AEREA DE JAPON POR PATCHS DE LA FUERZA AEREA ARGENTINA
I have a doubt about #060 while serving with 204SQ. I've seen pictures of it (from 1991, I think) with orange markings like those seen on mr. Kai's pictures of #065(065-7) and #073(073-13) here on your site.
Do you know the reason of those markings? Thanks in advance.
(by the way, I like very much the picture of mr.Itou of #804 on your last update. The earlier 303SQ marking is way cool!!)

Hello gaijinperson-san,
The F-15J can't fire AMRAAMs. The missile that looks like an AMRAAM is AAM-4, a Japanese medium range missile.
Just one more question. Can F-15J fire AIM-120 AMRAAMs ?or does the JASDF got any planes for buying AMRAAM. I seen the photo in achieve of what appears to be AAM-4. Has it entered service ?

Thank you very much kazuo-chan
Those are really really cool. My favourite is the tengu long-nose motive.
I wished all the 104J squadron get the 15J upgrade so we can see their colors ;)

Hello gaijinperson, The logo of the 202 Hikotai is called a Haniwa. It is a doll that was put in the grave of a leader, as a companion. That is because he would be lonely on the way to the other world, but you can't kill a live person for him!
I heard six F-15J/DJ from the 201 & 203 SQ at Chitose AB attended "Cope Thunder 2005" .

Dear Sir, I hope to know what unit of F-15j attend the "Cope Thunder 2005" at Alaska? can I have the photo? and Where can I get the JASDF F-15 patches, if anyone want to trade with Taiwan air force patches, I will glad.
These markings are based on the chinese historical story: "Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms". I can't explain enough but following site will be helpful, I think.
Do you know the story behind the markings worn by the 201SQ on the letf intake during the 96 Senkyo, as seen in Green Arrow '79-00 Senkyo Marking' book's page 121?
Konnichiwa, I am an graphic artworker from Italy (Sardegna). I am realizing fine art prints of aircrfts profiles for NATO squadrons as well as for collectors. You can have an idea on http://www.aviationgraphic.com Actually after many NATO countries profiles, I managed a JASDF one. An F-4EJ-47 MC . you can see here at http://www.japanconsulting.it/aviationgraphic.com/japan.html I'm looking for making an F-15J with special color. If someone has and idea or a special desire to see one realized I can make it. I need pictures and details of that plane. Wish to hear of you. Ciao! Ugo

Hello all,
I'm moving www.F-15J.com to a new server due to capacity reason. It will take a few weeks. While server moving, this message board is working another server. So, the URL is changed to one below. http://www.F-15DJ.com/emsgbrd/light.cgi Old message board was changed to "read only". If you bookmark http://www.F-15J.com/emsgbrd/light.cgi directly, please change it to above url.
When the server moving has finished, the URL will return to the old one.
